Free Delivery Terms and conditions

  • Free item shipping is only available on the within 5 working days delivery option.
  • Only qualifying products are eligible for the discounted shipping rate. This is indicated by the free shipping icon next to the product.
  • Discounted shipping applies to UK mainland* deliveries only and excludes additional delivery options. (For example 0600-0730 delivery)
  • Discounted shipping restrictions may apply to some postcode areas*.
  • Only applies to orders under 25kg

Free shipping may not be applicable for certain marketing/promotional activities.

Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
  • Product restrictions apply to products that don’t ship directly from Fox Exports warehouse
  • Only available on items shipping directly from the Fox Exports warehouse (items with  in basket section do not apply)

5 Day Free Shipping

  • Free Delivery is only available on orders over £49.99 inclusive of VAT.
  • To obtain Free Delivery, Select delivery option Within 5 Working Days at checkout.

£1.49 Shipping offer

  • The offer only applies to items that fall under the PC, Laptop, Server and Flash memory categories.
  • The £1.49 shipping offer will not apply if more than 1 item is bought.
  • Only applies to orders with an overall cart weight less than 0.5Kg.
  • Items over £49.99 will default to our standard 5 day free shipping offer (see terms below)
  • This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for a list of these restricted postcodes.
